01 Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Support Hub LLC ("Company", "we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you access or use our mobile applications, games, and related services ("Services") published under our Google Play Developer Account.

We operate in full compliance with the Google Play Developer Program Policies, Google Play User Data Policy, Family Policy Requirements, GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable laws.

By downloading, installing, or using our Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our applications.

02 Definitions

As used in this policy, and as per Google Play policy:

• Personal Data — any information that identifies or can reasonably identify a user (e.g., name, email, phone number, address).
• Non-Personal Data — device information, performance data, analytics data that cannot identify a user.
• Children — users under the age defined by applicable laws (typically under 13, or as defined by local legislation).

• Anonymous advertising identifiers (Google Ad ID)

04 Advertising & Monetization

Our apps may display ads using third-party advertising platforms (e.g., Google AdMob, Unity Ads, AppLovin, IronSource, Meta Audience Network). These networks may use non-personalized ads (default) or personalized ads only if permitted by Google policy and user consent.

4.1 Ad Personalization

We follow all Google Play monetization rules:

• Users can opt out of personalized ads anytime through device settings ("Opt Out of Ads Personalization").
• Advertising ID is used only for ad frequency capping, fraud prevention, and aggregate analytics.

4.2 Data Shared with Advertisers

No personal data is shared. Only anonymous technical data may be transmitted for:

• Ad impressions
• Fraud detection
• Reporting
• Rewarded ad functionality

4.3 Purchases

Some games may offer in-app purchases. These payments are handled securely via Google Play Billing. We never collect or access payment data.

If our app is NOT designed for children

If apps target a mixed audience

09 Permissions We Use

Our apps may request necessary permissions such as:

• Internet access — to load ads & online features
• Network state — to optimize loading
• Storage access (optional) — only if the app saves game progress or assets

We do not ask for contact access, camera/mic (unless needed for a feature), location access, or SMS/call logs. Permissions will always be used for clear, user-initiated purposes.

10 Data Retention & Deletion

• We retain no personal data, therefore we have no identifiable data to delete upon request.
• Analytics & ad data stored by third-party tools follow their own retention policies.

Users may request data deletion related to advertising identifiers via resetting the Advertising ID or opting out of personalized ads.

11 International Users

Because our services may be used globally, data may be processed on servers located outside the user's country. We ensure compliance with GDPR, COPPA, and global data protection frameworks.

12 User Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Although we do not collect personal data, users still retain certain rights:

• Right to opt out of ad personalization
• Right to view third-party privacy policies
• Right to withdraw consent
• Right to limit data sharing (via device settings)
